    Item never recieved. Seller was not helpful in trying to locate item, Seller insisted that buyer needed to file for insurance claim with USPS. Seller was not willing to refund full amount. Seller was more concerned about loosing money than taking care of buyer. Buyer had to file dispute thru Ebay to get refund. Took a month and a half to get full refund due to sellers unwillingness to refund. Would not recommend this seller.

    There are certain steps to take before you receive a FULL refund. I did attempt multiple times to notify you of mine, and most others procedures. You failed to mention what a rude and demanding person you are. They did wait one week longer than shipping was expected to arrive because I had assumed the busy CHRISTMAS season was the reason for the late delivery. The package ended up being confirmed lost with USPS & a refund was initiated immediately, in entirety. I have great reviews and feedback.
