  This dress was stuffed in a small poly-mailer, not double bagged and open. There were cuts all throughout the poly-mailer and the dress has multiple buckles/ripples in the fabric where all of the holes in the poly-mailer were. I provided photos of the poly-mailer and of the damage and the seller refused to offer a refund or partial refund and also refused to allow me to return it. Steer clear of a seller who stuffs a dress in too small of a poly-mailer and ruins an “excellent” used item.
