    Seller promised next day shipping in listing. Item was actually shipped three days later. Ignored my message asking reason for delay. Hoodie was stuffed in a plastic packing bag the size of a brick and reeked of Fabreze; had to put it outside to air before I would put it in my washing machine. The condition of the hoodie itself looks okay but the lack of communication, delay in shipping and ratchet shipping and handling was extremely disappointing.
