I saw this lovely 3 diamond stone ring advertised on the listing from the seller, but was doubtful about the credulity of the seller after reading reports to dissuade people from buying. I was made an offer and I accepted. How wrong could I have been. I bought the ring on 12th March, was told it would arrive by 18-20 March. Since then I have asked for a refund or the ring, but STILL I have not received either ring or refund!

The earrings I purchased arrived broken, contacted the seller who told me to return them and they would send me a replacement. I posted them the following day, which I paid for the return, leaving me out of pocket. I contacted the seller after a week of not hearing anything, who said it would be 16 days + for the replacement. I asked for a refund several times to which I got ignored. They were happy as they had the money and the item and had no intentions of sending another set. I’d avoid.

Emailed on 29th nov to see if this will be good for Christmas!!! Was informed yes!!! Didn’t arrive until the 29th!! Then told me that it was the delivery company which was bull. I rang delivery company and they didn’t receive until the 27th! Got told lies and ring was wrong size!!! Be very cautious about using this company!! As they will tell you anything to get a sale! Have give them plenty of opportunity to make me feel better about this transaction but nothing!! Piss poor!!!!
