  This is not pictured lock that I received! The one I received did not have the black plastic around the locking bar. This black plastic is must for intended use!

  The picture you left in my feedback is not my listing! The lock I shipped you, is exactly the lock in my listing. The lock had both top and bottom black plastic with 2 keys.
