Item didn't arrive within the time frame. Seller then marked the item as dispatched by 24 hour royal mail and it still hadn't arrived 4 days later. I then complained and I had 3 separate rambling messages from them complaining about my attitude but with no apology. I have received a refund but it means my new granddaughter who is 3 weeks old still has no card as I've had to order elsewhere.

You didn't message me about card, just opened case where wording was not the nicest, there has been issues with other sellers with post not arriving when it should, then you said you wanted to cancel so I cancelled also cancelled postage label otherwise you would have had card and refund. My messages were in answer to yours. Many thanks...
