    the seller sent the wrong item that was received on 17/7,after messaging was told my order had been sent to somebody else and was informed it was being returned to him on the same day.8 days have now passed and im none the wiser.im not prepared to send back what i have got until i get the cd i ordered or a refund.there has been no contact since 17/7 its now 25th,AVOID !!!

    Customer was advised of the returns procedure and I suggested contacting eBay Customer Service and that I would both issue a refund and send his item on return of both itemsto me. As yet none of this has happened.
