    My package, containing glass, arrived broken, poorly wrapped in a box far too big for my it. Arrived broken. I contacted the seller with a photo, minutes after delivery. She told me I needed to contact Fed-Ex. And tell them what? The person who wrapped shipped the item did a poor job? Seller refused to help and was down-right rude. I eventually had to state that I would take it up with Ebay. After another snarky remark from them, I did. That is the only way I would be refunded. BEWARE!
