    I am generally satisfied with the product. However, there was a chip that was not mentioned in the description. Also, I was shocked to find the item packaged inside a used sock. Why was there a dirty rag included as well? This was very unpleasant. I hope future orders will have much cleaner and more professional packaging, along with more accurate product descriptions.
