Hi! We are a husband and wife team that is originally from California but made our way back to middle Tennessee about 7 years ago, we love being outdoors and have a tremendous love for our little pug!!!     Item was listed as ““Open box: The item is in excellent, new condition with no wear.” When I received the item, it was obviously used and dirty. Contacted seller and they asked for photos. Sent photos and they apologized. However, offered no return option or refund. Buyer beware of false advertising conditions of their items.
