    I have a vacuum like this one but I can't get parts anymore. So, I wanted this for the parts but there are tTwo broken parts on this one. Handle on the main unit was broken. And on the carpet head, the part that I wanted to get to fix mine was also broken. It is the part that keeps the handle up so it doesn't just fall to the floor. So, very, very frustrated.

    If you would have contacted me we could have worked something out but I guess the feedback is the way to go..... Just can't figure people anymore on some things. Sorry for the broken parts but it is a used vacuum not a new one....
