  My candle was received broken in half one corner attached I paid 10 dollars including the tax on shipping for shipment , it was wraped in buble but in plastic bag shipped either the picture was not right or it is broken during shipment or deliver if is not put fragile or handle with care or not in the box that can happen but I was shocked and I want my total refund including shipping I had emailed and sent the picture of broken merchandise I received asa I opened it to seller.   The candle was shipped in perfect condition with strong double bubble wrap and an extra bubble bag, very unlikely that the damage happened during shipping. From the photos, I can clearly see the cut in the middle was by a sharp knife, it couldn’t happen if it was damaged in transit—I believe it was caused by someone after delivery. I also asked the buyer to provide photos showing the package when it arrived, but they only sent pictures of the damaged candle, not the packaging. Very suspicious.

  This item was delivered on Jan 4, 2025 to the address you provide in ebay. You may want to check with the post office with the tracking number, ask if the item was left on your front door or mail box.
