    Not happy with items paid for but not dispatched during seller’s holiday even when long delivery mentioned in advertisement. The tracking number appeared well before the courier received the items and the seller advised me she was planning to drop them off with other items with the backlog. It was not obvious to me at the time. I have seen sellers writing it into the description in the past. Caveat emptor I suppose. The items were as described when they finally arrived.

    I apologise you feel this way. As mentioned holiday mode was on which would have notified and shown in the estimated delivery date. This wasn't added to the listings as i was away for 2 weeks and holiday mode was turned on notifying buyers. It would have taken me a long time to add this to nearly 300 listings, to then remove again when I get back. In regards to posting, I print my labels at home pack the item and take to the post office the same day. Sorry this was not fast enough for you.
