Karen's the best as always!
I decided to buy Karen Voight's balance ball dvd because Karen is the best instructor and if she's made a new video then I usually want to have it. I enjoy pilates and cardio workouts and like to have a change up to keep my motivation going for working out. This dvd is very good and Karen's instructions are easy to follow. She always includes moves that no one else is doing. I especially like the segment for abs in ths video; it's a real challenge yet it's still pretty easy on your back. Using a balance ball makes the workout fun and different as well. The only reason I didn't rate it excellent is that the beginning part of the workout is a little short and perhaps a bit too easy. I'm not a hard core athlete so even for me I'd like a bit more challenge in that area. Overall I'd buy it again, it's a fun change, the ab section is great and the weights portion is challenging enough to do but not over the top.
