  Seller sold the shoes as new with box. The soles had residual mud in the crevices & around tread. The insoles were also dirty. Removed insoles & can see dirt, hair & grass. My husband opened the box & agreed that the shoes were worn enough times to not be considered new but preowned. When seller finally responded to my messages, seller claimed that I was just trying to get a better deal & insisted they were new shoes. Didn’t expect refund just better understanding of what “NEW w BOX TRULY IS!”

  So I thought this had a broken key, but upon closer inspection, it's designed that way. My fault here! The flute is very dirty, but that's probably to be expected for a 150 year-old item. I almost left an incorrect review, but gratefully I discovered that it was my error and the flute is not broken. Anyway, not much communication from the seller, but he probably expected me to demand a return or something? Anyway, everything appears to be satisfactory now, so I'm leaving positive feedback.
