  Sold me a counterfeit Airpods Max. The item was listed as brand new, but the serial number listed on the box is from 2021. The device itself does not have a serial engraved in the left ear. It is made of plastic instead of metal. When connected, it does not display any warranty info or expected feature settings like Noise Cancelation or Transparency Mode. The box displays product as Max instead of Airpods Max. No apology from seller, only immediate refund on supposed no-return policy.
