  After receiving two broken bowls, in many pieces via post, I contacted seller who immediately offered a replacement without any hesitation. Although packaged well by seller with FRAGILE stickers all over the boxed items, courier had other ideas during the handling process, which was such a shame. The replacements were excellent quality with my original design choices. Excellent service throughout. Will definitely be back for more replacements when required. Much appreciated
