  The packaging is very bad, the laptop arrived completely scratched. Deep scratches on the display cover and cracks on the bottom cover. The box is very large and the laptop has no fixation and it was dangling inside and rubbing. The condition is much worse than in the photo. I am disappointed

  Despite this obviously being the fault of USPS (package was packed fine), I gave the buyer a complete, full refund (including shipping) and let them keep the item. They still posted this very nasty feedback. Avoid doing business with this buyer at all costs!!!
