    What a great deal on such a great little computer! It was well-packaged for shipping and arrived in excellent condition. Although "bare bones" it took no time to re-equip it and it it now up and running complete with an OS. The price was outstanding, the shipping quick, and the Seller communicated well.     I don't know what you are referring to, this was a shirt and had no 'original packaging.' There were no scratches or cracks on it, it was brand new (again, it's a shirt they don't get cracks). I think you are thinking of someone else's item.

    Shipping was a little slow but otherwise, the product came to me undamaged as it was packaged very well. I was able to add an M.2 drive with windows and the computer booted right up. The product came exactly as described and the price I paid was more than reasonable.

    Was picked up by USPS next business day - Georgia to California can certainly be slow but I packed and posted this the same day as purchase. USPS yes they can be slow but that should not reflect on me.
