  Seller shipped item at the media mail rate. Post office performed an inspection, discovered that the item did not meet the criteria for media mail, and issued me an invoice for $10.65. Not wanting to pay the additional shipping cost, I refused the delivery and had it returned to the sender. Also, the items were loosely packaged without enough padding and they were broken to pieces when they arrived. The seller was easy to work with and very reasonable. Did what they could to make it right.
