  I ordered a baby photo frame from this seller who sent me a wedding photo frame. I was given a partial refund saying the seller would check if eBay had refunded their portion. That never happened in the meantime I reordered the baby frame thinking it was a simple mistake. I can't believe I received another wedding frame. The seller claimed they had checked the order before sending, clearly not, the box was labelled. At this point I was told to return both frames and they would report me to eBay.

  Appearance as the seller sent 4 plain folders and then didn’t offer to send the right folders that I had paid and ordered. Apparently I had to send the wrong items they had sent to me back before they would send my order out. Totally unacceptable behaviour from them from start to finish so I’m stuck with basic folders for the price af the nice ones above .
