    Album was purchased at a good price, shipped & packaged well & arrived quickly. That being said, it was damaged in shipping such that something went completely thought the packaging and album cover and impacted, broke the vinyl itself. Reached out to the seller to see if there was insurance and was refunded without asking. Seller also offered to attempt to locate another copy. Would purchase form this seller again.

    This Seller is the BEST! I won an auction of an album, Seller properly packaged, labelled, and posted the item to me, clearly marked. However in shipping the record was broken in two. The jacket, cover and vinyl (except for the shipping damage) were in amazing shape, which exceeded my expectations when I bought it. I notified Seller, I was hoping for a reduced price, but they refunded my entire purchase without hesitation! WOW......Now that's SERVICE! I Highly Recommend this shop, I will be back

    Their mistake caused me to pay two shipping for 3 items, and even though our conversation was documented, instead of taking responsibility, they kept changing their words and blaming me. However, since the items were delivered almost as described, I leave positive feedback.

    When you pay.....I must ship within 24 hours.....If you do not request a combined invoiuce.....and pay separately..... in the confusion you get shipped separately..... I have been in the hospital since last month and unable to respond to any requestr or even post....my account was shut down by a neighbor
