I purchased the item described as new. When it arrived it was in a beat up box and the item itself had no protection on it. When I contacted the seller they apologized for the damage in transit and offered only a $5 discount on a near $50 order and when I requested a full refund and offered to return the item they have ignored me for about 5 days at the time of writing this.
