I have been a reseller forever, at least 20 years. I examine what I sell very carefully and if I am selling a piece of dishware, I will tell you if it is no longer food safe, at least in my opinion. I usually won't sell things that I think are potentially hazardous like very crazed china but if the piece still has a decorative appeal, then I will note that in the listing. Yes, my listings are wordy. I want you to know exactly what you are getting! My husband is an expert at packing stuff for shipping so there is a high likelihood your item will arrive in good condition! We do sometimes recycle boxes for shipping. It is important to get as much use as possible before it goes to a landfill or recycler! And sometimes we use the strongest box known to mankind, the Moist N Meaty dog food box! It is heavy walled and nearly indestructible. It keeps very fragile things safe! It also deters porch pirates!

Great Beginner Book for Small Cross-Stitch Motifs!
This book, 365 Tiny Cross Stitch Designs, was by the Kooler Design Studio. Donna Kooler does some of the best designs for everyday cross-stitch patterns and applications and her books are beautiful and colorful. This one lives up to that standard. The designs are set out by month, so January has winter themes of ice skaters, snowmen, polar bears and winter colors of cool blues, lavenders, pinks and pale greens, February has reds and pinks, etc. The motifs for each month are also appropriate with ice skaters, cupids, hearts, gardeners, etc. Some motifs could be used for cross-stitch greeting cards as well. There are adorable tiny animal motifs such as bunnies, cats, dogs and bears. Plenty of vegetables, plants and flower motifs to adorn kitchen linens too! I love the Zodiac patterns especially! Big patterns make it easy to see to stitch and it is color coded, not symbol coded. Plenty of pictures of completed patterns too. No half-stitches are noted, the backstitches make the necessary curves, so a good beginner book too. I immediately started stitching the patterns from the book and the patterns take no longer than a day or two to complete. Perfect for someone like me with a short attention span and a desire to successfully finish a project!
