    Rude seller who sent the wrong size for a standard pump. I asked to return it and they would not provide a shipping label. So I could not return the item as it was going to cost twice as much to send it back as I paid for it. Stuck now with an item thats the wrong size that Ive paid for and cant get a refund for. Waste of time and money. Dont USE! them

    Item was lost by shipping agents, but as soon as seller was notified they investigated then provided a full refund when item was not found. Item did eventually arrive, but I was not required to pay due to excessive timings. Despite problems with shipper, recommend seller as they were responsive to problem that was beyond their control.
