    Very unfair feedback. Buyer puchased £11 shampoo (brand new). This price included the £3.35 postage. The buyer must assume I am a stockist with the comment 'would encourage me to order from you in the future'. This was a personal item and not something that could be ordered again. Buyer did not contact me to discuss postage prior to purchasing. Asked to revise feedback, but no response.
