Derry City FC:The Man They Couldn't Ban The John Crossan Story SIGNED

Excellent title.
Excellent read about a gifted individual, perhaps not well known outside of N Ireland who broke down many political and football barriers, (and was victimised for doing so) to progress his career and do the one thing that he loved, kick a football not only in the UK (Man City and Middlesbrough) but on the continent with Standard Liege and Sparta Rotterdam. He went on to do it from 1954 with his native DerryCity before finishing up aptly on the continent with KSK Tongeren in 1975. He really was : 'The man they couldn't ban'. Highly recommended.

George Best Tribute to a Legend
Fantastic read chartering Best's career through Man United and N Ireland to his lighting up grounds at Craven Cottage, Easter Road through the length and breadth of Britain where gates where trebled at the mere mention of his name, and not forgetting North America where he found his love for the game again. Truly special and that's coming form a Leeds fan!
