Sellers shipping + communications were great. The item was described as “ great sewing machine. Powered it up and it appears to work”. The bobbin winder on the machine was clearly broken (see pic). Seller offered a return + total refund. At that time I already ordered a replacement part for $41 and did not wanted to deal with the hassle of returning the machine. A partial refund was denied. I would not have bought the machine if the defect would have been mentioned in the auction description.
