    Do not purchase from this seller! Was sent a completely different bag than what was shown. When contacted they did not provide an explanation just said apologies and tried to issue only a partial refund. They have not been very responsive. Do not get scammed!

    This is totally not true. i made a MISTAKE and shipped the wrong COACH bag, as they were quite similar. i apologized 3 times and offered to refund $20. (the bag price was $42.) and buyer could keep bag. She refused so I sent a return shipping label and offered to refund her entire purchase. I blocked this person from ever purchasing from me. The feedback is a total misrepresentation. I followed all ebay protocols
