    Terrible transaction: wrong model sent, wrong colour, and after refusing £20 and £30 discount on the Loewe shoes, the seller send a return label stating the value of the item returned as £10 when I was charged £127.19, and the sender’s name is some Spanish lady’s name, and not my name. This is totally out of order and not a BONA FIDE seller.
