Poor packaging. Iphone arrived in an envelop. This is just not acceptable for a high value item. Dirty in the box and with front screen scratch. A little respect for your buyer would be better appreciated. False description: light use and perfect condition which is just not true. Can’t recommend this seller. Please see the photos.

Tried everything I could with this uncooperative buyer. Rarely seen that in 17+ years of eBay. Item was shipped on-time & as it was pictured: spotless and in pristine condition, given it was kept cased and in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. I'm flabbergasted about the deceiving statements. It won't stop me from keeping certain selling standards! 💪
