A shiping label was created, but my item never shipped. I contacted the seller but received no response. I received a refund after contacting eBay. Even so, I hesitated leaving a negative review. I'm a compassionate person and realize "life happens"; perhaps the seller was unable to ship or even respond, due to something like illness or other unexpected life challenge. But reading other reviews (which I should have done to begin with!) I see that many others have had this exact experience.
