Breaking the Bonds of Legalism, by Neil Anderson
As someone who is just beginning to understand the results of this kind of spiritual abuse from her past, I highlu recommend this book. Dr. Anderson and his co-authors spell out indepth what legalism is and its affects on our spiritual growth and our relationship with God. Awesome. Has helped me immensely.
