  The item came in broken. Reached out to the seller who offered partial refund. Blamed it on packaging which is his responsibility. Came in not as described and was a poor value for the money. Set the pics and never heard back. Gave plenty of time for response after sending pics. Shipping price was good.

  Sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. I carefully pack and ship each item and this is the first time an item has broken using USPS. I offered a return or partial refund and it was agreed that a partial refund was acceptable. The refund was issued immediately before shipping photos were even received. A negative review was not necessary as an agreed refund was issued.
