    This seller posted a confusing ad, unnecessarily ignored my cancelation request, and was unresponsive to messages. The item was listed as "open box." According to the definition for this, the item is expected to be basically brand new. I made the order upon reading that. Then I saw the description, which mentioned a broken part that was captured in photos. I asked for a cancelation right away, which there was time to honor. However, the item seems ok, although fragile where broken. I'm content.
