    Honestly it looked like the seller shipped the item on time, and something happened with the post office from what the seller told me. The reason the seller is getting a negative is because they decided to ghost me until I had to have ebay step in, and then instead of trying to help with the the situation they told me they would only refund me if I sent the item back, which I never received.
