  Great price & packaged well, but both were broken. I reached out to the seller multiple times before it shipped to see when it was going to ship and once it arrived and I saw not one but both were broken did not answer me again when I tried to get a refund. I had to reach out to eBay themselves to get my money back. All I needed was some communication.. and I got nothing.

  Item arrived in a grubby damaged box unlike the listing which showed clean undamaged packaging. The product has been previously opened and swatched when it’s ment to be brand new. This is unacceptable considering the item has a 6 month shelf life once opened. Seller also charged me more than double what they actually paid for the shipping and then took ages to post the item. Seller ignored all my messages from the moment I bought the item. Terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend

  I've been a consistent Ebay purchaser for 10 years. ..this seller is what we call a " LAZY SHIPPER" ...one of the worst I've ever encountered, needed to contact Ebay. She took 7 days to ship and NEVER responded to my inquiries...sure, it arrived at the last day . ...but had she shipped within the the day window that Ebay requires it would have been here in a respectable time frame..BUYER BEWARE

  I ordered the Clinique blush in Opal Pop. I received a different color, the Fig Pop. An honest mistake so I reached out to the seller as soon as it was delivered. They never responded. I'm trying to get a refund through ebay. The seller also mixed up the tracking #s for my order and another sent to someone in the same city. I don't know if my order ended up with someone else, or what. It was also sent in a normal envelope, which may have contributed to the damage to the box - see pics
