  I've been waiting for eBay to resolve this but I haven't heard back yet. I was scammed into preordering an item. After paying, I received a piece of paper in the mail confirming my order. The release date of the item ordered was July 18 and I haven't heard from the seller. The system says the item was delivered earlier so I can't choose that the item wasn't delivered but that was just a piece of paper confirming my preordered item, NOT the item itself.
