  Doesn’t speak English, messages go around in circles, messages use a robot, item never posted, was going to be posted so many times, then no item anymore although I am sure it would still be listed for someone else to go around it circles, is it a scam wanting people to give up in frustration on the refund, this is my experience with everything on eBay now.
