Totally not happy with this item, slow postage and badly packaged so when they did get here 3 of the cases were damaged not just the one as stated .. Payment made on Dec 18th but not posted until Dec 27th but can't blame slow Postage on the Christmas Holidays as if Posted on the 19th,20th or 21st with the advertised 48hour postal service they would have gotten to me before Christmas, I then replaced the damaged cases at my own expense .. Safe to say I'll never use this seller again ..

The DVD's where bubble wrapped and then shrink wrapped. Postage was slow as I was back an forth to the hospital that week. The buyer is a reseller and was offered a full refund but did not return the DVD's as they where a bargain , I think they were after a partial refund to make them even cheaper. As they deal in DVD's , I imagine they have lots of damaged case that they use for refunds. It is a shame that you can not check buyers previous feedback before accepting the sale.
