  Seller does not understand how to operate the shipping program between eBay and the USPS. I paid additional money to receive the card I had already paid shipping for. How it was packaged and the thickness of the card would not allow the USPS to process it. Contacted seller several times with no help from his end. My advice is to steer clear of this headache and do your business somewhere else.
