    thing doesn’t even work I have to have it sent out to be repaired the second I get it. Then the guy just sends me videos of it working for him like that helps me at all?

    The item was in working condition- as described in the listing- upon shipping. Despite immediately replying to the buyer, this buyer was rude, threatening, and nonsensical in their replies. It seems as though their issues were user error if not a full scam attempt to get their item for free.
