I mainly sell used electrical items....I do my best to update any software, ensre that they are working ok and clean them up with antiseptic wipes.
Wheerever possible I included cables, plugs and any other accessories I can to ensure a complete package.
I try to ensure that they are well packaged with plenty of surrounding cardboard and sent via Royal Mail so I have had virtually nothing damaged in transit.
Obviousy used items may show signs of use (and anything above the norm I endevour to describe) and internal battery life can be reduced (except if I have installed a new battery)
It is possible in some cases that manufactueres support could be reduced or in some cases even ended....this is outside of my control and in common with other Ebay Sellers I take no accountability for this....in any event any manufacturer fixes/paid upgrades can often exceed the value of a used item.
