    Seller cancelled listing after I purchased due to “damage” to the item, without first asking if I wanted to keep the purchase. Disappointed in their business since I wanted the item and even asked if they would still sell it to me after the fact, but they refused. Recommend that the seller either be more thorough in inspecting their wares or contact the buyer first before cancelling the listing and sending a refund.

    Since I check every item before I ship out the item, I will need to cancel the order when the product has damages. I have refunded this buyer and have notified this buyer. I am doing what I am supposed to do as a seller. I don't think this is something deserving a negative feedback.
