Solid oak with nice finish
A bit apprehensive with such a low price but was pleasantly surprised. The finish was very good. It had one more support on the bottom compared to others. I had a more expensive one split in half after 6 month's and this one seems solid. The tightening bolts and nuts may be a bit smaller than other seats on the market so we will see how they hold up. All in All I would recommend this item for the money.
