    Seller worked with me and had eBay refund me. The items never arrived. It was all because of the USPS. It reached a destination within 13 miles of my local Post Office and for some reason, it was marked that I had moved. I've lived here for 12 years and my address is clearly marked on my home. Beaumont, TX is at fault. They did not forward the mail to Nederland, TX USPS so it could even be delivered. The item was returned by USPS to the seller and I did receive funds back to my bank account.
