    Not a great seller. Shipping was a long wait. Item was not accurately described and seller refuses to accept returns even though it wasn't correctly described. Buyer beware - they do not care. Not willing to work out out solution after the fact. BUY WITH CAUTION.

    This person is a liar. The item was shipped the next business day, and was delivered in 4 days. The item was accurately described. The item fits a 2015 Subaru Forester, as can be very easily verified on Subaru's website. I don't accept frivolous returns, and this can be seen on the listing before purchasing. I have been responsive in my communication with this buyer, but they are throwing a tantrum because they couldn't get their way.

    extremely long time to come. package said it shipped but never did, was given an expected delivery date and it changed 2-3 times. Packaged Box even came damaged on the outside with little to no tape. Wouldn’t recommend.

    I apologize that it took me a bit longer than I would have liked to ship the item out to you. Usually, I try to ship the item the next business day, but this time, I had to ship it the second business day. It still arrived in the time frame that was shown to you at the time of the order. Unfortunately, I don't control how quickly USPS moves the package, or how they treat it in transit, but if you had contacted me about that at any point I would have gladly offered you some kind of a resolution.
