  This plate has just arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged very well with lots of padding and a sturdy box. I adore the Magic Roundabout and thought this plate was a too good an opportunity to miss, good value & I love it. It's as described and the postage cost was brilliant! Thank you

  Despatched and subsequently delivered promptly and quickly. The items were thoroughly and carefully wrapped, but unfortunately one of them (china mug) was smashed! I suspect that the couriers failed to take adequate care. However I was immediately given a full refund by eBay so should not complain. (Hopefully the seller did not lose out either!). Shame not to have a matching pair of mugs, so will need to keep looking on eBay.
