  Just as described, thanks. Item has already paid for itself in a matter of days :) It seems pretty robust for the price, but I'd suggest moving the head and removing the blade guard before the battery's installed since the safety interlock on the switch sometimes sticks.

  The item when opened was broken as a part fell off the item , I reported to the supplier and they agreed in writing to be the product was faulty and then in another text Did not agree it’s not fit for purpose Albiet it’s broken as the photos show , he feels it’s acceptable for me to be inconvenient as I’m away to send it back when Iv shown him it’s broken and he agreed the product is known to be faulty please look at his messages to me you will See I’m Telling the truth

  Item arrived damaged, offered refund for returned item (per ebay policy), Seller couldn’t return item as they were going away, offered to wait for return of item; no response- would have arranged collection to prevent inconvenience (at my cost). I agree the item the Seller received was faulty but Seller implied product as a whole was not fit for purpose. I disagreed; the product is a good product, but damage to individual items does occur.
