Item was received in perfect order and in original packaging but should not have been classed as new. It had been registered so the software that comes with this AI when new was not available, used or unused it was not new. When I highlighted this to the seller they said it was an unwanted gift as highlighted in the description and who gave it to them must have registered it. The vendor apologised and did offer to refund the purchase but I chose to accept their apology and take the item.
